About

The engineer behind the systems.

01 / Profile

Eight years, six companies, one standard.

Portrait of Mamikon Arakelyan.

For eight years I've built and maintained web systems — from hand-coding pages at Fatal Error in 2008 to senior engineering at UCRAFT today. The tools changed; the standard didn't.

My core stack is PHP and Go, but the through-line is ownership: schema to deploy, monolith to service, legacy rescue to greenfield. At GlobalR.com I carried two titles — full-stack developer and technical director — because the code and the decisions about the code were the same job.

I'm based in Yerevan, Armenia. When the community has needed it, I've volunteered engineering time to Armenian tech organizations — sharing experience, proposing technical solutions, and helping harden platforms against known attack vectors.
